Special Hands-On Vineyard Activity: Pruning Vines After A Difficult Winter from 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
This winter’s weather is one of those once in a decade scenarios. Extreme low temperatures has created significant damage in the vineyards. Learn how we assess the expected impact by forcing canes to bud then based on this knowledge, how we adjust our pruning methods. After a “how to” review, head out to the vineyard and put it into practice! Complete with a tutored tasting session lead by the winemaking team. April 5, 10:30 – 12 Noon. Cost: $10 per person plus tax.
